Return & Refund Policy

Return Period

Customers may request a return within 30 days after receiving their order.

Eligible Returns

Returns are accepted if:

• The item arrived damaged.
• The product is defective.
• The wrong item was received.
• The item significantly differs from its description.

Returned items should be unused and in their original packaging whenever possible.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Gift cards
• Personalized products
• Perishable goods
• Personal care and hygiene items after opening
• Clearance or final sale items

Refund Process

After receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will notify you of the refund decision.

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping fees are generally non-refundable unless the return results from our error.
